1. Promotion Overview1.1 The Win a John Deere Baler promotion (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Tama Australia Pty Ltd. (“Promoter”) of Beaufort Building, 3 Bristol Street, Essendon Fields Victoria 3041, Phone: +61 3 9361 8100.
1.2 The Promotion is open to eligible participants who purchase qualifying products from participating John Deere dealers in Australia.
2.1 The Promotion starts at 12:01 AM AEST on 1 June 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 10 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 All qualifying invoices must be dated within this period.
3.1 The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who make an approved purchase within the promotion timeline.
3.2 Employees of the Promoter, employees of John Deere Limited, John Deere dealerships, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3.3 To enter, participants must purchase an eligible product from a participating John Deere dealer and upload their invoice via the official entry page within the Promotion Period.
4.1 To enter, an eligible participant must:
a. Purchase an eligible product from a participating John Deere dealer between 1 June - 10 December 2025.
b. Visit the official entry page https://go.tama.group/win-a-jdbaler and complete the online entry form with required details, including name, contact details, dealer name, and invoice number.
c. Upload a clear copy of the invoice as proof of purchase.
4.2 Each eligible invoice constitutes one entryinto the prize draw.
4.3 Participants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry corresponds to a separate eligible invoice.
4.4 Invoices that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.
4.5 Participants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) or invoice(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of a participant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s)/invoice(s) must clearly specify that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period but prior to entry.
5.Eligible Products
5.1 The following products qualify for entry into the Promotion:
One (1) entry per XtraNet 2800m and CoverEdge 5’ 2,750m or two (2) entries for CoverEdge 3,800m & XtraNet 4,500m
5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to update or amend the list of eligible products.
6.1 The prize consists of one (1) John Deere V451R Variable Chamber round baler. Serial number 1CCV451NKMR210943. Build date of 2021valued at $156,764 AUD.
6.2 The specific model and features of the prize will be determined by the Promoter in consultation with John Deere.
6.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6.4 Any costs associated with the collection, delivery, insurance or ongoing registration of the prize are to be covered by the winner and will not be covered or reimbursed by the Promoter.
7.Prize Draw and Winner Notification
7.1 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 10am on 22 December, 2025.
7.2 The draw will be conducted at Tama Australia, Level 2, Beaufort Building, 3 Bristol Street, Essendon Fields Victoria 3041.
7.3 The winner will be notified in person on 23 December, 2025 and by email within 5 days of the draw.
7.4 The winner’s first initial, surname and postcode will be published on the Promoter’s website (www.Tama-Australia.com.au) and social media channels from the next business day after the prize draw for a period of at least 21 days from the time of publication.
7.5 Prize draw winner will have until 23rd March, 2026 to claim their prize. In the event that the prize draw winner does not claim his/her prize by the date specified above, the unclaimed prize draw will be held at 12:00 AEST on 27th March at Tama Australia Pty Ltd, Beaufort Building, 3 Bristol Street, Essendon Fields Victoria 3041.
8.1 This is a game of chance. The Promotion is subject to state and territory regulations and required permits in:

9.General Conditions
9.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions or other reasons.
9.3 Participants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
9.5 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control)
b. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference
c. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter
d. any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions
e. any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
f. taking of a prize
9.6 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited:
a. prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on participants providing this information. The Promoter may,
unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the participant.
b. Participants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
9.7 As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner must sign any legal documentation as and, in the form, required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
9.8 If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
